HELEN O. MBAEKWE – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / C.E.O

Helen, a co-founder of the company, is a seasoned project manager and financial management expert with over 8 years experience in the field. She has worked as a customer representative, sales representative and later as a team lead with British Sky Broadcasting, Scotland UK.

Her achievement in the corporate world includes a saving of over $1.5 million for a Hotel Chain. She has successfully piloted a number of business transformations for many entities from apparels to maternity to baby weaning products.

Specifically, she has been involved in a number of multi-million naira projects that includes a three hundred and eighty-nine million naira estate housing project and a one-year offshore vocational training of 49 Niger Deltan delegates in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Helen holds a degree in Accountancy from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt Nigeria.

AKINOLA U. DOSUMU – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Akinola, co-founder of Theola Fosters Foods Ltd, is a seasoned project manager and engineering management expert with over 12 years experience in the oilfield and consulting environment.

He has worked as a Wireline Field Engineer, Completions Engineer and later as a Senior Drilling Supervisor. He has had stints with reputable organizations including Oildata, Schlumberger, Bausch & Lomb and ExxonMobil Corporation.

Akinola has been involved in several multi-million dollar drillwell project executions on behalf of ExxonMobil Development Company.

Akinola holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and a post-graduate degree in Reservoir Evaluation & Management from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Scotland – United Kingdom.  Akinola is married and has four children.

SUNNY A. OGBOUMA – DIRECTOR (MANAGING)

Sunny has 11 years of experience in the oilfield industry. He is an enthusiastic professional and a responsible person. He has proven leadership abilities in working as a team, handling multiple tasks, great adaptability to any enterprise’s environment. He has been a people and resource manager for the last three years.

He is currently responsible for a $30M business segment for Schlumberger in Nigeria. A business he has grown from $20M in less than 5 years. Sunny is married with three children.

  1. MCGINGER N. IBENEME – DIRECTOR (BUSINESS STRATEGY / DEVELOPMENT)

McGinger is a medical doctor for almost a decade and has worked in several public and private health care establishments. He has a special interest in public health and is currently the vice president of an American based pro-health NGO. He is also a managing partner in a newly established world class health facility which is being positioned to be a very successful business brand. He has an in-depth knowledge in nutrition and is a student of business. McGinger is married and has 2 years old daughter.

OPEYEMI ODEYALE – DIRECTOR (FINANCE)

Opeyemi holds a degree in Economics from the Usman Danfodio University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, UK. He is a member of the Securities & Investment Institute UK, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Opeyemi is a seasoned project manager and financial management expert with over 8 years experience in the field. He has worked as an auditor, accountant and later as an investment banker.

CHIDIMMA OKENNA-AFAMEFUNA – DIRECTOR (EMERGING MARKETS – US & CANADA)

Chidimma started her career in the financial industry as a Management Trainee in the then Oceanic Bank International Bank Plc and steadily rose to an Officer. She became the lead Marketer and head of the Retail Unit in the Lekki Branch of the bank where she led the development of the new branch until her exit from the sector in 2012 after 7 years in the industry.

A graduate of Combined Biological Sciences from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Chidimma is a mother of three children and currently resides with her family in St John’s Newfoundland, Canada.

JONATHAN A. OGAH – DIRECTOR (EMERGING MARKETS – EUROPE & UK)

Jonathan, a co-founder of the company is currently an Operations Readiness and Assurance Consultant with expertise in operational excellence, extensive project management & operations in a multinational cooperation spanning over seven years.

Having started his career as a banker with the reputable Guaranty Trust Bank, Nigeria, Jonathan has acquired significant experience in financial matters, risk management and service delivery.

He then ventured into Oil and Gas consulting and smoothly transitioned into one of the oil majors – Shell International Petroleum Company, UK.  He has successfully led transforming initiatives within and outside the oil & gas industry. His passion and heart-beat is on quality, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a safe and sustainable manner.

Jonathan holds a Civil Engineering bachelors degree from Federal University of Technology, Yola (now MAUTECH) and an M.Sc (Petroleum Engineering) from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland – United Kingdom.

IKENNA EZENYIRIOHA – DIRECTOR (MARKETING & SALES)

Ikenna possesses a B.A. in Fine and Applied Art from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and over the last 10 years has diversified effectively to become a dynamic, multi skilled and experienced professional, with invaluable experience in Marketing /Brand Activations, event management, logistics coordination, and business support services. Ikenna is responsible for Public/Corporate Relations, Merchandising, and Events at Theola Fosters.

ELIZABETH I. ALADIUME – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ADVISOR

Elizabeth is an experienced International Management Consultant. She has performed strategic consulting in new products development, process improvement, customer acquisition, market strategy, organizational structure and re-engineering.

She has been directly responsible for preparing business cases – which encompassed international investment partnerships, trading practices, financial reporting, and legal and regulatory requirements in US, China and Nigeria.

Elizabeth holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Los Angeles and B.Sc. Physics (Ed) from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

ESTHER O INOO – COMPANY SECRETARY

Esther is a lawyer and a graduate of the Benue State University – Makurdi. Esther also has a Masters degree in Public Administration and Management at the University of Canberra Australia.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of The Supreme Court of Nigeria.

A fellow of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Federation of Female Lawyers, over the years she has also acquired various certification among which are Dispute Resolution which qualifies her as a Professional Negotiator and Mediator. She is also a certificate of Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Inoo has worked with Chief Chris Uche San & Co and has also worked in the Legal Services Department of the National Assembly as a Legal Officer where she was responsible for Drafting of Bills, Writing of Legal Opinions, Vetting and scrutinizing of contract document and litigation in court.
